The Chester Diocesan Advisory Committee have granted the faculty required by Runcorn to overhaul their bells. It’s a major step forward in the project, which has also submitted an application to the Garfield Weston Foundation’s 60th Anniversary Fund. The ringers are looking forward to the completion of this project soon.
