John Scott of Audlem tower died early morning on 28th December 2022, following a fall that caused a head injury a few days before Christmas. John rang 1024 peals for CDG, on both tower and handbells. Though he contracted Parkinson’s Disease about 20 years ago, it didn’t stop him ringing! Funeral arrangements are not yet known.
