I’ve had two messages to pass on to you. One is from Kevin regarding another Young Ringers’ Event and the other is from Pam and includes the Guild Treasurer’s Report.

Hi All
After a very enjoyable time at St Peter’s last time I am writing to confirm that the next young ringer’s event will be at Sutton, St James on Friday 13th October from 6.30 until 8.00pm. There will be nibbles and drinks but given the time of year there will not be a BBQ this time. I hope the young people will be able to come along to enjoy some ringing and socialising with people their own age. It would be helpful to know who intends to come. The target audience is under 20s but we are very flexible about this so if you are near this don’t be put off.

Hello All,
As our Treasurer will not be at the AGM he has sent a brief report as attached.
If anybody has any queries they can email Paul before the meeting and I’m sure he will do his best to answer them.
Please remember that we will be doing the draw for the competition at 2.00pm with the service at 4.00pm followed by tea and meeting so quite a bit earlier than in the past as we need to vacate the hall by 7.00pm.
Please note that evening ringing will not be at Norbury as per the notice but will be announced at the end of the meeting.
